Chelsea N. Forbes

Chelsea was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, though she currently resides in Delmont, Pennsylvania. Chelsea attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she graduated in 2012 magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Media. Following a few years of working in the finance industry, Chelsea attended Duquesne University School of Law in the evening program, where she graduated from in May 2019. While in the evening program, Chelsea worked full-time during the day as a supervisor with the Bank of New York Mellon.

Chelsea participated in two clinics during her time in law school. She participated as a Certified Legal Intern in the Federal Litigation Clinic during her third year, where she assisted in the filing, research, and discovery process for a Civil Rights 1983 litigation case. During her final year in law school, Chelsea participated as a Certified Legal Intern in the Urban Development Practicum in which she assisted with the creation of a nonprofit corporation and the preparation of employee related corporate materials.

Chelsea was also a member of the Student Bar Association, serving most recently as the Philanthropy Chairperson, and also is a current member of the Duquesne School of Law Ambassadors as an Alumni Ambassador. Additionally, Chelsea is the Vice President of Actors and Artists of Fayette County, a nonprofit community theater organization in Scottdale, Pennsylvania, where she has been an active member of their Board of Directors for over 12 years.

In September of 2019, Chelsea joined Tremba, Kinney, Greiner, & Kerr, where her practice focuses on employment law and litigation. Chelsea was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in November 2019.
